Our well-established and expanding estate planning practice is seeking an estate planning attorney with 5-10 years of experience.
Due to sustained client demand and continued growth, we are looking for an attorney who is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a steady volume of sophisticated client work without compromising quality.

Position Overview
You will work closely with partners and clients on a broad range of estate planning matters, including:
Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
Assisting with trust administration and estate settlement matters
Advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners on wealth transfer strategies
Coordinating with the firm’s corporate and tax attorneys on integrated planning
Qualifications
5+ years of estate planning experience
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple matters efficiently
Excellent communication and client service skills
Preferred (but not required) :
Experience with WealthCounsel / WealthDocs or similar estate planning software
Exposure to advanced planning techniques (e.g., irrevocable trusts, tax planning strategies)
