Hiring: Estate Planning Paralegal (Staten Island / Rockville Centre, NY)

An established Estate Planning practice in New York is expanding and looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Paralegal to join their team!
This role is split between their Staten Island (primary location) and Rockville Centre offices, requiring travel between locations approximately twice per week. (Candidates located in Staten Island, Brooklyn, or Queens will find this commute ideal!)

Position: Estate Planning Paralegal
Salary:
$75,000 / year
Location: Staten Island, NY (Primary) & Rockville Centre, NY
Key Focus: Drafting estate planning documents, client support, and legal administration
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of estate planning experience, specifically with document drafting (willing to be flexible on years for candidates with strong foundational drafting skills, a great personality, and an eagerness to learn).
High degree of compassion and empathy—personality and client care are paramount to this team!
Great organizational skills and ability to travel between offices twice a week.
