You make sure families arrive at that conversation prepared, and you help them move forward once they have their recommendation. This is a sales role with clear performance targets. It fits people who have sold a high-trust service in a consultative setting, such as financial advising, insurance, wealth management, or pharmaceutical and medical device sales, and who want work where the outcome matters to the family in front of them.
