Estate & Retirement Financial AdvisorOutside Advisor | 1099 | Pre-Set Appointments | No Prospecting | Commission-Based, $150K- 300K+Tired of paying for leads, running seminars, or chasing paperwork? This opportunity is built for experienced advisors who want to spend their time closing — not prospecting. We provide the clients, the pre-scheduled appointments, and the back-end support. You focus on advising and earning.This is an outside advisor role: you'll meet with clients in the field — at their home or another pre-set location — as well as through pre-scheduled virtual appointments.What You GetPre-set, qualified appointments — targeting 10–12 per week, no cold callingNo marketing costs — we handle lead generationFull back-office support — a dedicated Case Manager handles case design, applications, and follow-upStreamlined process — minimal paperwork headachesAccess to top carriers — annuity, insurance, and retirement income solutionsRoom to grow — potential for additional sales opportunities for advisors who want to expand their book of businessIncome PotentialCommission-based — not a guaranteed salaryTypical earnings: $150K–$300KTop producers: $300K+Actual income depends on closing skills and production; a consistent flow of pre-set appointments gives you a consistent opportunity to produceWhat You'll DoMeet with pre-qualified prospects in the field — many already clients of our Estate Planning services — interested in retirement and estate planningRecommend annuity, insurance, and retirement income strategies based on client needs, including Roth conversionsClose business and maintain client relationshipsWork alongside a dedicated Case Manager and Appointment SetterRequirementsActive Health & Life license (required)Series 65, Series 7 & 66, or similar (ChFC, RICP a plus or willing to obtain)Familiarity with Roth conversions and retirement income planningProven sales experience with a consultative, needs-based approachClean U4 (if currently registered)Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to meet clients within your territory, with occasional overnight stays as neededIf you're ready to step into a system where the appointments are set, the support is built in, and your income is tied to production — not prospecting — apply now.This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
