Job description
Riverhead Building Supply is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating department and develop accurate bids based on client and project requirements. The role reports to senior management and coordinates takeoffs, material pricing, and vendor information to ensure timely proposals.
Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, reviewing requests for estimates, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Occasional site presence may be required as projects progress.
