Job description
Schultz Construction is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead our estimating team for heavy civil, environmental, and infrastructure projects. This hands-on leadership role will develop people, manage multiple pursuits, assess risk, and coordinate with Operations and leadership to win the right work at the right price.
You will guide preconstruction efforts, refine bid strategies, and oversee budgets, plans, and subcontractor negotiations.
