Job description
Layton Construction is seeking an Associate Estimator to prepare estimates for diverse projects in Utah. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure cost accuracy across hard-bid, design-build, and conceptual estimating and assist others with estimating tasks.
You will read plans, perform quantity take-offs, solicit subcontractor bids, and prepare bid formats and schedules. Strong communication and software skills are essential for success.
