Full-Time | Up to 6% Commission | $200,000+ Earning Potential
TOP ESTIMATORS - STOP SETTLING FOR AVERAGE PAY.
If you'rewriting big numbers, closing repairs, and carrying a heavy workload , you should be compensated for it.
Kaizen Collision Center is hiring ahigh-performing Collision Repair Estimator in Brighton, CO who knows how tosell, write, close, and produce.
Up to 6% commission. $200,000+ earning potential.
This is not an entry-level estimating position.
We want a proven producer who can step in and make an impact immediately.
If you know yoursales, closing ratio, gross profit, cycle time, and production numbers , we want to talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sell repairs and close customers
Write complete, profitable repair plans
Perform damage analysis and blueprinting
Manage supplements and carrier negotiations
Work within DRP requirements
Protect gross profit
Manage a high-volume workload
Drive cycle time and production
Own repairs from estimate through delivery
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Collision repair estimating experience
Proven sales and closing ability
CCC ONE or comparable experience
Insurance and DRP knowledge
Blueprinting and repair planning experience
Strong production and financial awareness
Progressive claims experience is a plus.
