Job description
Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Estimator II for its Spokane, WA operations. This role will perform estimating duties across PCI scopes of work in Spokane, WA.
You will conduct quantitative takeoffs, establish labor productivities, and solicit subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive bids. The position requires strong communication, cost analysis skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team and independently.
