Job description
Estimator/Project Manager
Perform take-offs on blueprints for projects
Present prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
Provide weekly updates to owners on the status and progression of the project
Communicate with the field foreman for field reports, changes, or issues as they arise
Computer literate in various programs; especially Microsoft Office and Blue Beam
Strong communication skills; verbal and written
Able to analyze and plan
Detail Oriented
Estimating/construction experience is a plus
$95,000 and up
