Job description
CDM Smith in Rutland, Vermont is seeking an experienced estimator to produce accurate quantity and material take-offs by reviewing plans, specs, and instructions for estimate preparation, and to enter prices and apply a solid work breakdown structure.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of related experience, can coordinate pricing with vendors, contact subcontractors, develop budgets and purchasing plans, travel up to 10%, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
