Job description
Citi is seeking an ETF Operations Assistant Lead AVP to manage and optimize ETF operations within NAM ETF Operations. You will lead a team, ensure accurate processing of ETF creation/redemption, settlement, and P&L, and maintain robust control frameworks.
The role requires strong people management, interpersonal skills, and effective communication. This hybrid position is based in Tampa, with a competitive salary and Citi benefits.
