About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Ab Initio Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions. In this role, you will architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines, leveraging Ab Initio and modern data engineering practices to support enterprise-level applications.
Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable data applications and pipelines using Ab Initio .
Implement robust ETL processes for large-scale batch data processing.
Optimize performance for high-volume data workflows and micro-batch processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data security, compliance, and auditing standards.
7+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio development and ETL processes.
Proficiency in:
Unix systems and scripting
GitHub
Familiarity with Autosys job scheduling.
Experience with:
Handling large data volumes for batch processing
Performance tuning for batch workflows
Creating asynchronous micro-batches and non-linear batch processes
Preferred Qualifications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
