Job description
Scaleway seeks an HR Legal & Employee Relations Manager to lead EU-wide legal topics, manage employee relations, and provide strategic guidance to the HR organization. You will partner with the CHRO, HRBPs, and managers to ensure legal consistency and drive compliant, business‑oriented outcomes across European entities.
You will handle collective bargaining strategy, mobility matters, and negotiations, while maintaining proactive legal watch and collaboration with external counsel.
