Job description
Crash Champions is seeking an experienced collision repair professional to examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and direct shop activities in a fast-growing MSO environment. You will communicate repair status, perform high-quality work, and decide between repair or replacement based on safety, cost, and cycle time.
The role includes supervising an apprentice, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining on-time delivery while leveraging frame equipment knowledge and I-CAR welding
