Job description
Ford Motor Company in California’s Long Beach area seeks a senior sourcing leader for the EV/UEV platform procurement. You will own end-to-end sourcing strategy, drive cost and delivery performance, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize supplier relationships across geographies.
You will partner with engineering to align strategies with roadmaps, develop should-cost models, and lead make-vs-buy analyses to ensure best-in-class supply chain outcomes.
