Job description
Beyond Core Therapy is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Joplin, MO. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and school settings, following BCBA-developed plans, and collecting progress data.
This part-time position offers a supportive team, opportunities for professional growth, generous PTO, and career advancement. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 4 PM–8 PM with a competitive hourly rate.
