Job description
Position Title: Family Advocate
Summary: The Family Advocate role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals and their families by providing crucial support for their well-being. No prior experience or education is required, as paid training will be provided. As a Family Advocate, you will assess families needs and facilitate their access to social and community resources and benefits. These programs encompass initiatives such as Visitation Coaching, Family Based Services, and Transportation.
Assist families in accessing necessary social and community resources, both formal and informal.
Utilize accelerated computer skills with a focus on the G Suite platform.
Solid computer skills, particularly in using the G Suite platform.
A desire to serve our community with a servant leadership approach
