Senior Caregivers Needed in Allen, Plano, McKinney and Surrounding AreasSenior Helpers McKinney is urgently hiring a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver in Allen, Plano, McKinney, and surrounding areas. This position is open for 8-12 hours of shift role in the healthcare/medical industry, and the individual will be responsible for providing assistance and care to senior clients in their homes. The main objective of this role is to improve the quality of life for our clients by promoting independence and ensuring their safety and well-being.If you are passionate about making a difference and enjoy providing one-on-one care, we want to hear from you!Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Pay ($14-$15, paid bi-weekly)Flexible Schedules to Fit Your AvailabilitySupportive & Friendly Work EnvironmentMeaningful Work That Truly Makes a DifferencePaid Training & Career Growth OpportunitiesJob Responsibilities:Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, transferring (getting in and out of bed or a chair), walking, toileting, and eating.Support clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as managing medications and finances, meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry, ensuring they can live independently.Provide compassionate, person-centered care tailored to each client's unique needs.Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities, fostering independence and engagement.Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to encourage socialization, mental stimulation, and emotional well-being.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and caregiving guidelines to maintain a high standard of care.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.Respect and maintain client privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company standards.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of professional, verifiable experience working with seniorsValid driver’s license and current car insuranceReliable personal transportation for client visits and errandsSocial Security Card (required for employment verification)Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethicPassionate about helping others and making a positive impact in seniors' livesExcellent communication and customer service skills to engage with clients and their familiesA desire to give back to the community and support seniors in maintaining their independenceCall the office now for immediate consideration: .Senior Helpers McKinney is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace for all employees.
