Job description
TTF Search and Staffing in Newport News, VA, seeks a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) for an in-person, clinic-based ABA day program with hours 4 PM to 7 PM.
The BCBA will oversee all aspects of client treatment, including intakes, BIPs, and program plans, while supervising RBTs, training parents, and collaborating with families and staff to ensure ethical, evidence-based care.
