Evening Cleaning TechnicianSchedule: Evening / Night Shift (Part-Time Available) Compensation: Competitive pay based on experienceJob Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and appearance in commercial office buildings, with an emphasis on carpet care and hard floor maintenance. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoy hands-on tasks, this position is a great fit.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine commercial office cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and sanitizing surfacesOperate carpet cleaning equipment (extractors, steam cleaners) to maintain and restore carpetsPerform floor care services such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing of various floor typesEnsure all work areas are cleaned to company and client standardsSafely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipmentReport maintenance or safety issues to supervisorsFollow assigned schedules and complete tasks efficiently during evening hoursQualifications:Previous experience in commercial cleaning, carpet care, or floor maintenance preferredKnowledge of floor stripping and waxing processes is a strong plusAbility to operate cleaning machinery and toolsStrong attention to detail and work ethicAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPhysical ability to lift equipment and be on your feet for extended periodsReliable transportation and punctuality requiredWhat We Offer:Competitive wagesFlexible evening schedulingTraining and opportunities for advancementSupportive team environmentHow to Apply: Please submit your application with your work experience and availability.
