Job description
AdventHealth in Winter Garden, FL is seeking a licensed pharmacist to educate patients and support a multidisciplinary care team. You will manage medication therapy, ensure safe dispensing, and participate in rounds to optimize outcomes.
The role requires a PharmD with a Bachelor's degree or Doctorate and 1+ hospital experience. A CPP credential and Florida licensure are essential. This is a full-time day-shift position with the potential for growth within patient-care services.
