Job description
Facility CleanerQualifications: Obtain knowledge of district operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures, heating and ventilation; proper handling of hazardous materials; Hold a valid driver's license; Minimum of one year of previous work-related experience; Pass a physical examination in accordance with statute and board policy; District and NJDOE requirements. Black seal license preferred, additional licenses may be required.Scope of Responsibility: Cleans facilities and grounds and performs simple repairs to provide a safe, attractive and clean environment for learning.Hours: Monday through Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMSalary: $37,300 - $43,060 annually - depending on experienceBenefits: State Medical Benefits, Prescription, Dental
