Job description
Custodial And Housekeeping CareThis is a 12-month position that includes benefits (insurance, retirement, paid leave). Hours for the position are 2:30- 11 PM. This is manual work in the custodial and housekeeping care of the middle school building including, but not limited to:Sweep, vacuum, mop, and buff floorsDust and clean classroomsGather empty trashWash walls, windows, and mirrorsPerforms maintenance and repair on the building, maintenance equipment, office equipment, fixtures, desks, chairs, doors, windows, paint, and other interior and exterior objectsRemove snow and ice from sidewalksClean restrooms and replenish suppliesPick up and deliver supplies as neededPerform other tasks/duties as assigned by the superintendent, principal, or maintenance supervisor(s)
