This is a 12-month position that includes benefits (insurance, retirement, paid leave). Hours for the position are 2:30- 11 PM.
This is manual work in the custodial and housekeeping care of the Middle School building including, but not limited to:
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and buff floors
Dust and clean classrooms
Gather empty trash
Wash walls, windows, and mirrors
Performs maintenance and repair on the building, maintenance equipment, office equipment, fixtures, desks, chairs, doors, windows, paint, and other interior and exterior objects
Remove snow and ice from sidewalks
Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
Pick up and deliver supplies as needed
Perform other tasks/duties as assigned by the superintendent, Principal, or maintenance supervisor(s).
