Job description
The Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist at Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD provides comprehensive pharmacy services in the ED as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include code response, drug information consults, prospective medication reviews, and ensuring safe, effective therapy for both adults and children.
Role requires Maryland pharmacist licensure, PGY1 residency, BLS/ACLS, PALS within 90 days, and BCPS or BCCCP certification or planned within 1 year.
