Job description
Arch Amenities Group is seeking an Exercise Specialist to guide members on safe exercise practices and individualized programs. You will monitor the fitness floor, assist with equipment use, and deliver education on cardio and strength training per ACSM guidelines.
Responsibilities include orienting new members, creating personalized prescriptions, and leading group classes while maintaining a safe, clean facility. CPR/AED and First Aid are required; ACSM/NASM/NSCA credentials are preferred.
