Job description
Aurora Lifesciences is seeking an experienced Laboratory Team Leader to oversee an evening laboratory team supporting regulated medical device operations. You will balance people leadership with hands-on technical work.
You’ll supervise testing across microbiology, chemistry and quality, coach analysts, review data for trends and deviations, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and cGMP standards while driving continuous improvement.
