Job description
Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Lincoln Correctional Center in Lincoln, Illinois. This role provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision, with evening shifts and the opportunity to impact behavioral and physical health.
Requirements include Illinois LPN license, CPR certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain security clearance and pass a background check.
