Job description
Alvarado Care Center is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse for the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift in California. Under RN supervision, you will provide total care for chronically ill residents, administer medications, perform treatments, and educate residents and families in accordance with facility policies.
You will collaborate with nursing staff and other professionals to develop individualized care plans, monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate documentation.
