Job description
HiredFirst in New York is seeking an LPN for a 13-week contract providing skilled nursing care to adult/geriatric residents under RN supervision.
You will assess and report changes, administer medications, support ADLs per care plan, and contribute to care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Orientation is required, and shift rotation is evening/night with EOW and holidays included.
