Job description
Mass General Brigham North Shore Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Education Specialist to plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff. You will lead sessions, orientation, and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and ensure regulatory compliance.
The role requires RN licensure and 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience with 2–3 years in education; evenings with a 40-hour week onsite at 55 Highland Avenue, Salem, MA.
