Provide leadership guidance and support to Charge Nurses (RN’s and LPN’s), CNA’s, CMT’s, and Restorative Aides.

Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, safety, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and compassion.

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and interdisciplinary team members.

Support infection prevention, medication management, and quality assurance initiatives.

Ensure compliance with State Regulations, community policies, and clinical standards.

Assist with admissions, assessments, incident investigations, and clinical documentation as needed.

Serve as the clinical leader and decision-maker during the evening shift, responding appropriately to emergencies and resident care needs.
