Job description
American Senior Communities is seeking an Evening Shift Supervisor (RN or LPN) at Rosegate Village in Indianapolis. This full-time role supervises licensed nurses and nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care during the shift, in line with our standards and regulatory requirements.
You will lead with CARE values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence—while mentoring staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and upholding the organization’s philosophy across the team.
