Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full-Time, 2nd Shift Registered Nurse in Occupational Health for an on-site Health Center in Middletown, CT.
The role offers an autonomous, sole-nurse second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with independent decision-making and daily clinic operations. You will evaluate injuries, deliver care, perform EKG/audiometry/spirometry, and support return-to-work programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient-centered care.
