Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Per Diem On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide evening home health coverage for adult and geriatric patients across Somerset, Union, Middlesex, and Monmouth Counties in New Jersey.
The role includes in-home skilled nursing visits, Start of Care admissions as needed, and collaboration with an experienced clinical team to ensure high-quality patient-centered care. Evening shifts support families and patients during critical times.
