Job description
The Community Hospice is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our After-Hours Hospice Care Team in the Saratoga county area. You will provide skilled nursing assessments, symptom management, and support to patients and families in homes and nursing facilities during evening hours.
Schedule: 5:00p-1:00a M-F with every other weekends. We offer an orientation, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package through St Peters Health partners, plus an evening shift
