Job description
Baptist Health is seeking an OR Team Leader for the Evenings shift at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL. This role facilitates, coordinates, and evaluates perioperative activities to deliver high-quality patient care under nursing leadership.
The position requires an RN license, BLS, CNOR within 1 year, and preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with 3+ years of progressive surgery experience. Strong leadership and computer skills are essential.
