Job description
Market Soar Autism Center in Maryland is seeking a Closing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to oversee end-of-day operations, ensure safety and communication with families, and bridge the gap between clinicians and closing procedures.
The Closing RBT will monitor lobby cameras, take family messages, secure the facility, and follow emergency plans for injuries or incidents, coordinating with staff as needed.
