Job description
Evening Caregiver (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) – Assisted Living & Memory Care
Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Every Other Weekend
Pay: $19 to $25 per hour + evening differential + bonus potential

What You’ll Do
Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility .
Help create a positive and structured evening routine .
Provide support in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings .
Monitor resident well-being and communicate updates to the care team.
Document care and support a safe, comfortable environment .
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, or Caregiver preferred.
Passion for working in senior living and long-term care .
Willingness to pursue CNA certification with support provided .
Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills.
A genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives .
