Job Title: Evening Resident Care Specialist (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) | Assisted Living & Memory Care
Location: Nagel Assisted Living | Waconia, MN
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Every Other Weekend
Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour + Evening Shift Differential

What You'll Do
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, dining, and other ADLs.
Support residents during evening routines and activities.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to nursing staff.
Document care accurately and support a safe environment.
Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership team members.
Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere residents are proud to call home.
What We're Looking For
Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, or Caregiver is helpful but not required.
Passion for working with older adults and serving others.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a strong team culture.
Commitment to providing resident-centered care with compassion and respect.
