Job description
Crossroads Health in Concord, OH seeks a Residential Specialist for our Northcoast House to support residents in short-term housing. The role is two evenings per week (Fri & Sat, 1-10:30 PM) and focuses on teaching independent living skills and crisis support within a trauma-informed framework.
Responsibilities include documenting client contacts, coordinating with staff, and promoting stable progress toward treatment goals. Inclusive, non-profit environment with evening shifts.
