Job description
MaineHealth seeks an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join the leadership team as Manager - Respiratory Therapy at MaineMedical Center. The role oversees the evening shift, reports to the Director of Respiratory Therapy, and combines operational, clinical, and people leadership.
The manager will develop staff, monitor quality and patient safety, and drive performance improvements across the department while collaborating with nursing and medical staff to ensure high-quality care.
