Job description
Aston Group in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee day-to-day clinical activities on the 3pm-11pm shift. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will ensure care plans are implemented and regulatory standards are met.
Key duties include supervising care planning, conducting rounds, admitting assessments, and providing or coordinating direct patient care as needed.
