Job description
Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher seeks a 3pm to 11pm RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care. You will supervise RNs, mentor staff, and uphold accreditation standards.
Responsibilities include developing nursing policies, conducting rounds, coordinating with departments, managing staffing levels, and driving performance improvement in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
