Job description
Hope is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Springfield, IL for a full-time position with a Mon-Fri 12-8pm schedule. The role involves coaching staff in classrooms and homes, delivering behavioral interventions, and ensuring proper supervision and documentation.
A pre-employment screening and RBT certification within 90 days are required. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
