The Evening Shift Supervisor oversees the nursing staff during evening shifts, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and attention. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing patient care, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support to our nursing team. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities: Registered Nurse Evening Supervisor $5,000 Sign on!
Supervise nursing staff during evening shifts, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures.
Manage patient assignments to ensure each patient receives the highest level of care.
Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with other departments, such as pharmacy and laboratory, to ensure seamless care coordination.
