Job description
Care Initiatives is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, compassionate nursing care in our skilled nursing communities across Iowa. You will support daily clinical operations, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and high-quality care.
The role requires an active RN license in good standing for Iowa, current CPR certification, and strong knowledge of federal/state long-term care regulations.
