Rutgers University Correctional Health Care seeks a Part Time Staff Nurse for Southwoods State Prison in Bridgeton, NJ. The nurse applies the nursing process to ambulatory care needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals and security officers in a correctional setting.
Responsibilities include direct/indirect patient care, education for inmates and staff, and participation in in-service meetings. Requires NJ nursing license and CPR, with BSN preferred and correctional experience preferred.
