Job description
The Mental Health Association of Columbia-Greene Counties Inc. in Hudson, NY seeks a Warming Center Team Leader to supervise Attendants and act as on-site administrator during the Code Blue season.
This temporary full-time role runs Nov 1, 2025 through May 7, 2026, with shifts 5:30pm–12:30am or 12:00am–8:30am. Responsibilities include enforcing policy, documenting per funding requirements, and supporting guests with harm reduction and health coaching.
